Funds invested will be used towards, but not limited to, acquisition of real estate, renovation of
current and future properties, operating expenses on properties (utilities, permits, contractor
payments), any overages or change orders that may occur to rehab budgets, and marketing and
advertising for acquisition of new properties.
Agreement will be executed via a promissory note, spelling out all terms once agreed upon. If
